Learning that looks a lot like playing

We care for children ages 2 through 8. At every one of those ages, the approach is the same: children learn best through play and hands-on experience, so that’s how we teach.

The thinking skills that come before school

Matching games, sorting, mazes, and puzzle books look like fun because they are. They are also the earliest form of logical reasoning — spotting what is the same, what is different, and what comes next.

It is the groundwork for early maths and reading, and children pick it up far more willingly with a marker in hand than a worksheet in front of them.

Playful reading

Stories, side by side

We read together every day — out loud, sitting alongside each other, stopping to point at the pictures and ask what happens next.

Reading this way builds vocabulary and listening, but the real aim is simpler than that: we want children to reach for a book because they want to, long after they have left us.

A learn & play environment

Set up so curiosity is always within reach

Our home is arranged for children: low tables, books at child height, puzzles and activities they can choose for themselves.

Enrichment activities

Hands-on activities that stretch a child a little further than free play alone would.

Open play

Unstructured time to build, pretend, and move — where children work out sharing and taking turns for themselves.

A small, familiar group

Because we are home-based, children get individual attention and the comfort of the same faces every day.

Flexible to your family

One day a week or five, early drop-off or a late finish — we work around real commutes and real schedules.
